The menu at Malabar described this dosa as a semi-meal, which I guess I took to mean “not quite a full meal.” Apparently they meant a meal that is “as big as an 18 wheeler.” Bad translation, I guess.

That said, it was like eating an 18 wheeler hauling deliciousness. Across state lines. With a Sally Field chutney riding shotgun. Or something.
